Preparing children to thrive in a fast-changing world.

Edventurer is a part-time learning hub in Cambridge where children learn through real-world projects. Children build strong foundations in Maths, Science and Oracy, alongside the thinking and human skills they'll need in a world increasingly shaped by AI: solving unfamiliar problems, thinking critically, communicating effectively and working well with others.

How it works

Learning Adventures

  • 6 weeks.
  • 1 real-world mission.
  • 1 showcase.

Learning Adventures are at the heart of Edventurer, bringing together real-world challenges, academic foundations, and the essential thinking and human skills children need for the future.

Each Learning Adventure starts with a real-world question that doesn't have a single right answer — and ends with a showcase, where children share what they made and what they learned with a real audience.

What every Learning Adventure develops

Foundations for the Future

Communication Skills

Oracy · Public speaking · Discussion and debate

Children practise organising their thinking out loud, building on what others say, storytelling and presenting their work to a real audience.

Thinking Skills

Problem-solving · Reasoning · Critical thinking

Children learn reusable thinking frameworks and routines for tackling unfamiliar problems, analysing information, developing solutions and making sound decisions.

Human Skills

Collaboration · Empathy · Agency

Children practise working with others, exchanging perspectives, giving feedback and taking ownership of their work.

Our philosophy

In a fast-changing world, children need more than knowledge and academic achievement. They need the confidence, skills and sense of purpose to navigate uncertainty, solve the problems of tomorrow and make a positive contribution to the world.
